Dotcom Internet Marketing - No Response and or Help

I purchased their products, and i have not been able to get up and running, i can get no answer by email and i have tried to track down their phone number but at this time they are having telecommunication problems. I have asked for a refund as you had 60 days to ask for one and I cannot get a response from anyone.

Hi I have also been scammed by Dotcom Internet Marketing, can someone please help with the best course of action to be taken, as i am not a confident user of a computer or the internet. As a single mum of 2 I thought this was quite interesting idea, and did not look like a get rich quick scheme. Also because you could pay through PayPal i thought it was a legitamite site to be accessing.

The best thing to do, I think, is to keep contacting them and contact PayPal. Tell PayPal about your situation and they will contact PayDotCom, then they will give them a certain amount of time to handle the dispute. If they don't pay your money back, you will have the option to let PayPal know and they will refund your money. If you don't contact PayPal before the date they give you, you will not get your money back.
